Farm Description:
    The Bell family farm in central Kentucky produces and markets a wide variety of certified organic meats, small fruits, and vegetables. Elmwood Stock Farm sells fresh food directly to customers from the farm, at seasonal farmers markets in Georgetown and Lexington, KY and some products are shipped through orders from www.elmwoodstockfarm.com. Local CSA memberships available for 2005 season. Twice weekly deliveries to several Bluegrass area restaurants.

    Farming in the area for 6 generations, the family farmers at Elmwood Stock Farm are committed to healthy and wholesome production of superior, high quality fresh farm products. Organic certification ensures that we are following safe and sustainable practices every day of the year. Our livestock are well-nutured and cared for with thought and concern. We use many conservation practices to ensure better soil and water for future generations. In fact, Elmwood Stock Farm received a Master Conservationist award from the National Resource and Conservation District of Scott County, KY in October 0f 2004. We produce wholesome products with care and concern for your needs.

Saturdays on Vine Street 7am-3pm. Tuesdays at Broadway/Maxwell 7am-1pm. Scott County market downtown Georgetown opens Friday, May 27th 7am-1pm Certified Organic grass-fed Black Angus beef is available year-round by visiting the website or at Lexington Farmers Market. Certified Organic pastured chickens and heritage breed ranging turkeys available seasonally May through Thanksgiving.
