Did you read about our big, big pig surprise? Our organic, pasture-raised pork is now available to you! We hope to offer this at farmers markets in the future, but for now, the only way you can get it is to place your order here. You can pick up your order at a farmers market or on the farm. We can also deliver your pork in Fayette or Scott County for an additional delivery charge. We are sold out of some cuts of meat already, but we still have pork roasts and chops, nitrate-free bacon, several types of sausage, spare ribs, and pork fat ready to render into lard for the best holiday-pie crusts imaginable. Be sure to place your order at least 48 hours before you plan to receive it so that we have time to confirm and pack it for you.

Also, if you haven’t ordered your holiday turkey yet, you should do it soon! We begin shipping 2016 Thanksgiving turkeys early in November, and our first local delivery is November 17. There are only so many of each size of bird, and some sizes are selling out. Sign up for your turkey online or when you see us at the farmers market.
