Fresh Herbs, Oregano

 

Similar in flavor to marjoram, but stronger. Oregano makes pasta sauces sing and dresses up eggs. Try drying and then pairing with tomatoes, cucumber and feta, or add to a marinade for vegetables or poultry. For longest use, store with cut ends in a glass jar in your fridge or on the countertop.
