Fresh Herbs, Cilantro

Cilantro pairs well with spicy flavors, as it has a cool, clean taste. A must for tacos, but also nice with eggs, beets, carrots, corn, eggplant and tomatoes. Store with cut stems in a cup of water in the refrigerator.
