• 1.8 lb package of beef marrow bones: These can be roasted and enjoyed by spreading the marrow on your favorite bread. Alternatively, you can make your own delicious, nutritious beef bone broth. Simply roast the bones, then add them to your stock pot with water, herbs, garlic and veggie pieces to create your own nourishing broth in a few hours.
