Popcorn

Elmwood Stock Farm’s organic, yellow variety of popcorn called “Mushroom” is grown here on the farm. Easy to prepare, it pops right up using an air fryer, or you can heat a little oil in a lidded pan on the stove, add a few kernels to gauge the heat, and when they are ready to pop, add the rest of your kernels. Add salt or seasonings to the popped corn before serving–delicious!
