Prime Beef, Fajita Strip

Elmwood Stock Farm’s Prime-Grade, organic, 100% grass-fed Wagyu-Angus, fajita meat is cut from the sirloin of the beef, full of flavor that’s brought out when marinated and seared over high heat. Marinate the meat with olive oil and our organic garlic; then pan fry with seasonings, onions, peppers, and serve with fresh tortillas and all the fixings, including hot or mild salsa made with our organic tomatoes.
