Our sheep are the first animals you see at Elmwood Stock Farm’s entrance. American-raised lamb is a great source of protein and healthy fats, though it’s not easy to come by. Our small flock of Dorsett/Katahdin sheep thrive on the forage grown on our sixth-generation Central Kentucky family farm. Kept outdoors, on pasture, and with USDA Organic certification, they’re given no grain, antibiotics, steroids or hormones, producing great-tasting food with integrity.
