We’ve been enjoying Ela Family Farms’ delicious organic peaches all summer long but now as the seasons change and we head into fall we’re so excited to say that we will have two new seasonal delights to savor: organic apples and pears!
We are so thankful to be able to continue our partnership with Steve Ela and his family and offer certified organic Gala and Honeycrisp apples plus Bartlett pears picked just for us from their orchards. All these varieties are fantastic to enjoy on their own but they’re also well suited to cooking. Here are two of our favorite apple and pear recipes to try:
